My work experience reflects my fascination with the understanding of how things work. My interest in how buildings work led me to architecture. My interest in how systems work led me to the world of engineering. My interest in how businesses work led me to my final career destination, accounting. In 2014 when I became the CFO of a small hedge fund, I was able to bring my work experience together to create my Secret Sauce: the understanding of how small businesses work, implementation of effective systems to write a financial story (FINstory), analyze the FINstory, and plan a better next chapter to the FINstory each month.
